AGRA GROUP also deals with consulting on fertilizers in pomiculture and viticulture within the Czech Republic. The fruit orchards and vineyards differ substantially from traditional crops in their claims and properties. The main difference is that these crops grow for several years at one location.

Liming during plant vegetation of permanent crops may lead to the inhibition of the microelement intake. The intake of microelements from the soil would be difficult under these conditions. An important alternative is then the foliar application.

The basis for consultations on the application of fertilizers and other products from the AGRA GROUP line is provided by the performance of plant analysis, and, to a lesser extent, the soil analysis. The results measured by contract laboratories are subsequently evaluated by the special software system AGRALAB. This system is able to assess the deficiency, the optimum or the oversupply of individual nutrients.

Each orchard is a unique complex for us. We pay special attention to the elimination of the most significant deficiency or malnutrition of the crop and location. The situation is different each year in the same orchard or vineyard because of meteorological conditions changes.

It is possible to achieve a better colouring of the fruits through a proper adjustment of plant nutrition and to avoid the fruit bursting (e.g. Hungarian cherry species).

What does the use of our system bring the producers? They are sure that they fertilize only with the nutrients that the plants really need and use. This system is advantageous for plant physiology, saves costs for the producer and meets the environmental demands imposed on agriculture.
